Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of Ruby Home Services, Inc. (“Ruby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Through the Site and related technologies, Ruby makes available residential home assessments geared towards identifying which updates, retrofitting and/or maintenance may be required to meet the needs of aging inhabitants in such homes and after such assessment Ruby will connect you with a contractor (“Professional”) who services the applicable geographic location you are located in and who can perform the construction services and other services required to complete the updates, retrofitting and/or maintenance (collectively, such technology and the Site, the “Service”).
We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:
Personal Data You Provide: We collect Personal Data when you create an account, request a home assessment or purchase retrofitting services, purchase other services through the Service, enter your Personal Data on the “Contact” page of the Site or provide us with your email address or other Personal Data in order to receive future information about Ruby and the Service. The Personal Data collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it will generally include name, email, telephone and location. Note that certain Personal Data you provide through the Service (e.g., payment information) is collected directly by service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., our payment processor, Stripe) and we do not have access to such information.
Personal Data We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages: We may have pages on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.
